Attitude of personnel

The location could not have been better. They have a shuttle bus that takes you to the center of Capri every 10 minutes. The staff is incredible and are there for anything and everything you need. Youcan leave your door open to the balcony and listen to the waves crash all night. There was plenty of restaurants in the area. The food at the hotel and their "down-town" restaurant was a great deal and the food was delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely perfect location, it was not far from Capri centre and beach and the beautiful sea and main center of Capri. The breakfast was large and warm for a hotel of this rating with made to order omelets and fresh products.

Views were awful.

Exceptional view of sea and Capri rocks, including from nice swimming pool area. Close to beach and great walking path to Capri City (Via Krupp). Ample breakfast. Regular, free hotel car to Capri City. Cannot imagine better location when in Capri.

Fairly expensive. Standard rooms are just that - standard. No view.

Management not up to the job

We stayed at 5 hotels in Italy during out 2-1/2 week trip. All hotels were excellent, but Hotel Weber Ambassador was exceptional. The staff was fantastic, helpful, couldn't do enough for us. The location was overlooking Marina Piccolo, which for the uninitiated, is the most beautiful part of the Island. The free 5-minute shuttle to town was frequent, reliable, and easy, and it allowed the best of both worlds. Seaside views and access and easy access to town. While there may be other outstanding places on Capri, my wife and I can't imagine staying anywhere else

Our other hotels had a free breakfast. The Hotel Weber was not free, but it was absolutely outstanding, and probably the best breakfast of any of the 5 hotels we used during our trip. It wasn't bad for just the two of us, but it might put off a family of travelers.

we walked everywhere, the location was unbeatable and excellent, to a common area where everybody could see us sleep.

This hotel was in an excellent location, the staff were helpful and wonderful. The restaurant food was great and inexpensive. We felt very pampered. They provided a free shuttle to and from the town center about every 20 minutes.

No complaints. We loved it.

A Relaxing Getaway with Fine Views

The staff was friendly, and we appreciated the hotel's shuttle service to Capri town. Pack water shoes for the beach. The pebbles are prettier than sand!

The staff was amazing Antonio was able to book us an extra night which was great. There was a lovely blonde young lady on desk who was wonderful too her name slips my mind but I wanted to thank her too for her hard work.

The shower was small and it did not drain well and the mattress had a wire sticking out forgot to mention to staff. I did mention the shower drain but it still was not draining well.
